This book brings together contributions by leading international experts on how, in 2021, the Italian Presidency of the G20 can advance a renewed agenda for global governance. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all nations of the world, highlighting the extent to which we are globally interconnected. To mitigate the health, social and economic effects of the Covid-19 crisis, the world needs effective global responses. Multilateral cooperation, however, has had to navigate troubled waters both before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The G20 can play a key role in revitalizing multilateral cooperation by promoting new approaches and new tools to address global challenges. In this context, the authors explore four key areas that would require renewed global coordination: global trade, digitalization, demographic patterns and the circular economy.

Abstract
In this context, the authors explore four key areas that would require renewed global coordination: global trade, digitalization, demographic patterns and the circular economy.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
