Starting from the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic from March 2020, the introduction of remote work has had considerable impacts on many categories of workers, changing their expectations, autonomy, working methods and conditions. This Working Paper present the main findings of a research based on online questionnaire (3208 valid questionnaires, equal to 73% of those compiled), with the aim to study the impact that remote work had on the Technical, Administrative and Librarian staff of state universities in Italy. Attention was paid, in particular, to the spread of remote work, its regulation, its organizational dimension and the impact that the introduction of remote work had on working conditions. The research was commissioned by the Flc-Cgil and carried out by Fondazione di Vittorio together with a research group with scholars from different universities.
