The Covid-19 emergency has led Western societies to a state of exception in which the boundary between government and control is very blurred. With the reduction of the law to a security protocol, the citizens’ sense of responsibility was relied upon, while their rights were contracted. The political implications of social distancing must be investigated.

L’emergenza sanitaria ha determinato uno stato d’eccezione in cui il confine tra governo e controllo è molto labile. Con la riduzione della legge a protocollo di sicurezza, si è fatto leva sul senso di responsabilità dei cittadini mentre si contraevano i loro diritti. Occorre indagare le ricadute politiche del distanziamento sociale.
